The world largest overseas celebrations of Bhatukamma Festival were kicked off in Bay Area by Telangana Cultural Association(www.TelanganaCulture.org) yesterday in Ortega Park where 4th Mega Bhatukamma Festival is going to take place on 20th Sept 2009 from 3 PM to 7 PM.
The event was attended by Vijay Chavva, Biksham Palabindela,Prahlad Alisetty,Ramesh Vanka, Raju Sagi raju, Ramprasad, Mohan Manyam, Kashayap,Sai Prasad, Ramesh Gubba, Peri Srinivas, Arshad Hussain,Vijay Bellam, Konda Reddy,Phani, Venu Kambampati and others where the poster was released for festival and arrangements were started.
As you are aware TCA has been organising biggest overseas bhatukamma for the last 5 years in USA and is on the forefront of spearheading Telangana Culture across the globe without any political, religious and regionalised affiliations.
TCA Bhatukamma Festival celebrations have been exclusive from others for the past few years as many Non-Telangana , North Indian and Americans actively taking part in celebrations.
This year Bhatukamma Festival is being done on 20th Sept 2009 from 3 PM to 7 PM at Ortega Park Sunnyvale and Sunnyvale Mayor Mr Spitaleri will be the cheif guest. The festival will be followed by Sumptuous Telangana Dinner served free by TCA/ Athidi Restaurant.
