Hyderabad: Exactly a month after YSR’s demise, the state has once again witnessed more tragedy. On both occasions Kurnool has been a silent spectator to nature’s fury.
Astrologers blame the planetary positions for this. According to an astro-psychologist, Mr S.V. Nagnath, planetary positions on September 2, when YSR’s chopper crashed, and October 2 were similar. While the planet Moon was in Makara Rasi on September 2, it was in Kumba Rasi on October 2. Interestingly, both Makara and Kumba are ruled by Saturn, which moved into the Kanya Rasi (Virgo).
Mr Nagnath said, “Virgo signifies Earth and Nature and Saturn influences chemical changes. So there is a clear indication of major changes taking place in the Earth’s crust. Natural calamities are likely to continue for three more months as the Saturn entered from the Simha Rasi to Kanya Rasi which is symbolised by the Earth.”
When Saturn, the cosmic consciousness ruler-planet, changes its position from one rasi to another, it causes natural calamities. “According to a common perception, the planet Sani is considered to give bad results. But the underlying reason is that Saturn causes trouble to help us understand life better,” he added.
Mr J.U.B. Shastry of the Parasara Institute of Astrological Studies said: “People are going to face the nature’s fury because of debilitation of four planets — Jupiter, Venus, Sun and Moon. The pre-debilitation’s impact is the root cause of the floods.”
