Ambani's driver earns more than many working in MNCs

According to a recent report, Mukesh Ambani's personal driver earned around ₹2 lakh per month in 2017, which translates to an annual salary of ₹24 lakh, surpassing the earnings of many professionals in today's workforce. It remains unclear how much the driver currently earns in 2023.

Ambani's household drivers are hired through a private contracting firm and receive extensive training to handle the tycoon's bulletproof vehicle and navigate challenging roads and circumstances.

Additionally, other employees such as cooks, guards, and housekeeping staff reportedly receive allowances and insurance.

Several Bollywood celebrities, such as Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan, also pay their bodyguards and staff significant sums of money.

For instance, Salman Khan's bodyguard, Shera, earns ₹2 crore annually, while Kareena Kapoor pays her nanny ₹1.50 lakh per month (rising to ₹1.75 lakh for overtime).

Akshay Kumar's bodyguard, Shreyas, makes ₹1.2 crore per year, and Amitabh Bachchan's bodyguard, Jitendra Shinde, earns 1.5 crore annually.

In addition, SRK's manager, Pooja Dadlani, reportedly earns between ₹7 to 9 crore annually and has a net worth of ₹50 crore.
