Ever since the gloomy clouds of recession has taken over, all the corners of the world have been talking about lay offs, cost cutting measures, budget alterations, project modifications and what not. Now, the focus has shifted to the left over employees and here is the new measure that has been taken.
There is news that the many companies, particularly in the IT sector have come up with a resolution of going in for salary reductions and they have targeted those employees whose pay scale has been more than fifteen thousand. There is news that the process has already begun.
This has created a major bout of depression among the employees since they usually fall under the lower middle sector and as it is, the existing expenses have been taking a toll on them. It now remains to be seen whether these cuttings will stop here or is there more to come.
