Box Office Collections of Hit Films of Tollywood- 2007

Tollywood has seen the films those made good collections in 2007. While some films made break even many films made big profits. Comedy, thrill, fantasy and family themes have made good sum this year. The year 2007 tells us that there is no hard and fast rule or formula to make film hit, but it is the entertainment factor that is crucial.

All the hit films those made bigger collections are entertaining this year. Coming to the surprise experiments the films 'Happy Days' stands on the top where 'Mantra' and 'Anasuya' score among thrillers. 'AMAV' and 'Chandamama' proved to be eth best family entertainers of the year those made big collections.

'Lakshyam', 'Tulasi' and 'Dubai Seenu' were close to formula films but made better collections only due to the sentimental factor in them. Desamuduru turned hit with the trendy appeal in it because of Allu Arjun's chiseled body, Hansika's cute looks, mass appealing tunes and Puri Jagannath factor.

Ravi Bau's 'Anasuya' got good feedback from audiences due to thrill elements in it. 'Mantra' is doing well, because of suspense-horror element in it.

DUBAI SEENU- Rs 14 crore.
DESAMUDURU- Rs 25 crore.
MANTRA- expecting business Rs 10 Cr and above
ANASUYA- expecting business of Rs 10 Cr and above
