The Union Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapati Raju is known for his soft and peaceful demeanor. But of late, there have been instances where he has lost his cool.
In fact, he had attended a few functions that had nothing to do with his portfolio and is said to have questioned the officials about their style of functioning.
Recently, at a function, he pulled the mike from the hands of PF Commissioner Indira.
Rumour is that he has been irritated ever since stories about he being shifted to another portfolio started coming out.
Talk is that Narendra Modi is not very happy with his present performance. Apparently, when Ashok Gajapati Raju tried to broach the subject with Chandra Babu Naidu, Babu made it clear that Raju must settle the matter with his boss, ie, Modi. He is said to have told Raju that it was his duty to retain his job.
Ever since, Ashok Gajapati Raju’s BP is said to have shot up.
