The cases filed by Maharashtra police against Telugu Desam Party MLA Bollineni Rama Rao in connection with land grabbing has evoked strong criticism from politicial rivals.
YSR Congress party MLA Kakani Govardhan Reddy said that the MLA's corruption and illegal activities has spread across the state and even extended to other states.
Stating that the TDP MLA had entered politics only with the intention of making money and not for the public welfare, Kakani Govardhan Reddy said that Bollineni claimed to have been in a scam of Rs 100 crores in the name of fibre dams in Udayagiri.
Mentioning that Bollineni is the benami of Minister for Water Resources Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao, the YSRCP MLA said that the CBI probe will bring out the facts about his illegal activities and corruption which even extended to Maharashtra as ACB officials filed a case against him.
