Can Pawan come to rescue of Bhuma family?

Can Pawan come to rescue of Bhuma family?

With senior Telugu Desam Party leader from Nandyal Shilpa Chakrapani Reddy announcing his defection into the YSR Congress party to support his elder brother Shilpa Mohan Reddy in the ensuing Nandyal by-elections, the Bhuma Nagireddy family is virtually crest-fallen.

Already, several senior TDP leaders shifted their loyalties to the YSR Congress party, whose winning chances appear to have brightened with the defection of Chakrapani.

Now, Bhuma’s daughter and state tourism minister Akhila Priya has no other option but to depend solely on the so-called developmental activities undertaken by TDP president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu in Nandyal.

At this stage, power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan gave her a new ray of hope by saying that he would decide on which party he would support in the by-elections.

Apparently, he is learnt to have hinted to Naidu that he would consider his request to support the Bhuma family with whom he had close relationship.

That gives some hope for Akhila to get cousin Brahmanand Reddy elected.

According to reports, there are 42,000 Balija voters out of the total number of 2.09 lakh voters in Nandyal. Among them, at least 25,000 voters are said to be diehard fans of Pawan Kalyan.

The Jana Sena has already recruited 5,000 active workers in Nandyal and whatever decision Pawan takes, they would follow him.

However, if Pawan prefers to remain neutral without spelling his stand, it would be advantage YSRC!
