KCR govt fast becoming '30% commission' sarkar!

The BJP government, led by Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai in Karnataka, suffered a humiliating defeat in the recent Assembly polls.

It is widely believed that the dubious distinction earned by the Bommai government, being referred to as the "40% commission sarkar," is the prime reason for the rejection of BJP by the people of Karnataka in the Assembly polls.

All sections of the population were angry at having to pay 40% commission to BJP leaders to get their work done.

Now, the BRS government, led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao in Telangana, is inching towards earning the dubious distinction of being the "30% commission sarkar," thanks to BRS MLAs who are indulging in significant corruption.

KCR has launched the Dalit Bandhu, BC Bandhu, and Minority Bandhu schemes to extend financial assistance to their respective communities. The powers to select beneficiaries were given to MLAs in their respective constituencies.

KCR has also given MLAs the authority to select beneficiaries for 2BHK houses and the Gruha Laxmi scheme.

Under the Dalit Bandhu scheme, beneficiaries are given Rs 10 each, while under the BC Bandhu and Minority Bandhu schemes, beneficiaries are given Rs 1 lakh each.

Under the Gruha Laxmi scheme, beneficiaries are given Rs 3 lakh each.

Complaints have poured in from all districts that BRS MLAs are demanding Rs 3 lakh to extend the Dalit Bandhu scheme and Rs 30,000 to extend the BC Bandhu and Minority Bandhu schemes. This bribe amounts to 30% of the total benefit.

The extortion of money by BRS MLAs to extend welfare schemes has led to applicants dubbing the KCR government as the "30% commission sarkar," which has become viral on social media platforms.

Applicants are openly sharing their experiences of how they are forced to pay 30% commission to BRS MLAs to ensure their names figure in the list of beneficiaries of welfare schemes.
