MIM's Rise Will Aid That Of BJP And Shiv Sena!

Communal politics will only end up polarizing society and emotions take precedence over development.

Akbaruddin Owaisi’s derogatory speeches against Hindus and Hinduism seem to have made the Owaisi brothers, a sort of heroes to the Muslims across India and overseas.

The result can be seen in terms of the electoral success the Party has had in Maharashtra where in its debut in the Assembly elections, it managed to win two seats.

In the recent municipal elections in Maharashtra also, MIM emerged as the second largest Party behind Shiv Sena winning 25 out of the 53 seats it contested.

More importantly, it is wooing the Dalits to its fold by giving them tickets and creating  a Muslim-Dalit alliance across the nation.

MIM soon intend to enter the electoral fray in states like Uttar Pradesh, Bangalore, and Bihar etc. Had the MIM’s growing popularity been on account of their politics of development, it would have been a positive sign. But their success has been largely due to the hate speeches by the Owaisi brothers.

As Muslims continue to subscribe in increasing numbers to the virulent MIM ideology, the Hindus will naturally gravitate towards the BJP and Shiv Sena putting the politics of development on the back burner.
