I Will Bury Alive Those TV Channels: KCR

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao threatened to bury alive TV Channels that are trying to insult Telangana people.

Speaking at a meeting in Warangal, KCR said referring to those two channels (TV9 and ABN) that the ban won't be reconsidered as they hurt the feelings of Telangana people.

KCR sarcastically pointed out that they were making noises in Delhi and elsewhere. He was referring to protests by journalists working for the two channels in Delhi and in Hyderabad today, when women journalists were treated roughly by police personnel who bundled them into vans and took them away.

"We will bury them some 10 km. We won't hesitate to break their neck and the throw them out," he threatened, adding that those who want to continue to operate here should learn to respect people of Telangana, "salute and give respect," otherwise worse awaits them, he warned.

KCR said that the channels that have telecasted satirical program on Telangana MLAs belongs to Andhra people. It has been more than 3 months now that the ban was imposed on ABN and TV9 channels.

Broadcasting minister Prakash Javdekar demanded the reason from MSOs for blacking out these two channels in Telangana.
