An 'English daily' has come out with an analysis of the reasons behind Naidu’s poor performance as CM in his second innings.
It opined that in his earlier stint as CM, Chandrababu Naidu frequently used to hold sessions with the seniors in the Party and take decisions after finding out their point of view.
But this time around, he is completely dependent on a few corporate Ministers and neglecting the seniors completely. Also, the new generation of Lokesh and his team are corporate savvy but have little experience in politics.
One cannot run a political party like a corporate house, remarked one senior in the Party.but the thing is that this coterie seems to be firmly entrenched which means there is lttle possibility of a change in Naidu’s style of governance in the days to come.
