Buzz: MLA’s PA Creates Trouble In Nellimarla

MLAs usually have personal assistants to help them in their daily work. A PA is expected to follow the instructions of the MLA and assist in official and public matters.

But in Vizianagaram district, the PA of a woman MLA is reportedly behaving as if he is the real MLA. This has now become a major talking point among party leaders, officials and local people.

These allegations are being made against the PA of Nellimarla Jana Sena MLA Lokam Madhavi.

Party circles say the MLA is depending too much on her PA. Taking advantage of this, the PA is reportedly sidelining even the MLA and handling everything on his own.

Officials are also said to be unhappy with his behaviour. They reportedly feel that dealing with the PA has become more difficult than dealing with the MLA herself.

Local contractors, party workers and people from the constituency are also complaining that they are facing problems because of the PA’s interference.

There is also talk that the PA is deciding who should meet the MLA and who should not. Because of this, a gap is reportedly growing between the MLA, party leaders and officials.

However, MLA Lokam Madhavi is said to have complete trust in her PA. But party leaders feel that if the same situation continues, it may create bigger political problems in the constituency.

Already, there are differences between the TDP and Jana Sena in Nellimarla. There are also some voices of dissatisfaction within the Jana Sena itself. At such a time, the PA’s aggressive style is said to be creating fresh trouble.

Many in the party feel that the MLA should correct the situation immediately. Otherwise, it may damage her image and create problems for the alliance at the local level.

Now, the big question is whether the MLA will appoint a PA who listens to her properly, or continue with the same person despite the growing complaints.
