Followers tend to emulate their leader's behavior and style of functioning and that seems to be the case with Chandrababu Naidu's cabinet as well.
Chandrababu has this habit of criticizing government officials in public especially when the media is around so as to create the image of a hard-working, honest CM.
Unfortunately and naturally, his followers seem to be taken in by this style of management (which might be labeled as ‘Naidu Style of Management’ along the lines of ‘Japanese and American styles of Management’) and are emulating the same.
Municipal Minister Narayana had the rare honor of being the first Minister against whom the entire ‘Municipal Commissioners’ of the State have complained owing to the former’s boorish behavior.
And this is because in Naidu’s style, he frequently keeps criticizing the ‘Municipal Commissioners’ and pulling them up in public for any shortcomings.
