In Singapore to receive the first phase of the master plan for 'Heritage Foods'..er..sorry… for the new capital, Chandrababu Naidu expressed the hope that the new capital would come to stay as a state-of-the art, modern city for a period of 1000 years.
Unfortunately, Chandrababu Naidu wouldn’t be around for him to see his dream materialize, but he should consider a different number for his goal, like 999 years or 1001 years. Why?
The last person to have a vision for 1000 years was Adolf Hitler and his reign lasted for five years!
Hitler wanted the ‘Third Reich’ to last for a 1000 years and his dream collapsed after five years with losing world war 2.
Now Naidu is speaking of 1000 years and he has five years in power! So, will his dreams also collapse after five years? Change the goal, Naidu!
