The Ministers of Andhra Pradesh have started preparing ground for the Municipal and other local body elections that are pending in the state.
The Ministers are holding discussions with the district leaders to start strengthening the party with the support of the government.
Few ministers are also eyeing on the strong leaders from other parties, who can make the elections a cakewalk for the YSRC.
Recently, Tourism Minister Avanti Srinivas had a meeting with all the MLAs belonging to Visakhapatnam district and all of them have begun their groundwork to strengthen the party before the local body elections are scheduled. Other ministers have also started their own strategies.
Though, the Andhra Pradesh has given a clear mandate to the YSRC, the leaders are focusing on the elections just to dismantle the strong booth level cadres of Telugu Desam which can also bury the party in the state.
