Speculations are rife in the media and social media that comedian Ali is getting the coveted post of chairperson for Andhra Pradesh Development Corporation.
A senior journalist and producer even posted the news in the Whatsapp groups related to media men. However, there is no official word from the Andhra Pradesh government.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy promised him that he would provide the right post for him.
Ali joined the YSRC party in the eleventh hour. He approached all parties before joining YS Jagan’s party. He wanted MLA seat but Jagan refused to allot a seat to him then.
Since Ali belongs to the Muslim community, there is also talk that he might get a post of minority welfare. We have to wait and see which post he will be getting finally.
