Watch: Pawan Kalyan is Failure Person of the Year

He is a power star on the silver screen. But in the political arena, he is like a junior artiste. In Andhra Pradesh’s politics, he is seen as a zero star. In 2019, his party has been reduced to a non-entity.

In his electoral debut, he saw humiliating defeat. He contested the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections for the first time and didn’t secure a single seat in the two constituencies he contested. This is his biggest failure.

From political pundits to journalists, everyone pointed out that his party lacked cadre and there was no party structure either.

Everyone warned him that his party would witness the same results of Prajarajyam as he had not worked on building the party at the grassroots level but he gave damn to wise counsel. Result: only one seat for Jana Sena.

Using cinematic dialogues to cover drawback, Pawan Kalyan continued ignoring good suggestions. His egoistic nature was the main reason for the party’s flop show.

Inconsistent talk, taking U-turns on major issues had projected him as an unreliable leader. He had been friendly with TDP and BJP for more than four years but his party contested the polls in alliance with left parties. No one believed him.

Now, he is singing the tune of BJP. Strangely, he even declared that he never moved away from BJP and termed Amit Shah as the greatest leader that the country needs now.

Such erratic statements and attitudes have further spoiled his image. There are many other reasons to point out his failure.

Before polls in April 2019, he gave a picture that he would become a kingmaker. But post polls, Pawan Kalyan became a power-less star. He is a failure.

The Failure Person of the Year 2019 award goes to the Jana Sena president.
