Not Strip But Defeat Kodali Nani

Not Strip But Defeat Kodali Nani

TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh had stated that he would strip Gudivada MLA Kodali Nani after the 2024 general election.

He mentioned that he would personally take on the responsibility of confronting Nani and escorting him to the police station once the TDP assumed power following the election.

He made this statement during his recent tour in the Krishna district as part of his Yuva Galam padayatra.

However, a question arises: rather than waiting to strip Kodali Nani after the elections, why doesn't Lokesh contest against him in Gudivada and defeat him in the first place?

Both Lokesh and Nani are politicians, and they could resolve their differences through the political arena before resorting to other actions.

As of now, the TDP has not announced a candidate for Gudivada, making Lokesh a suitable choice to face Kodali Nani in this constituency.

Furthermore, it would be fitting for the TDP if Lokesh were to contest in Gudivada, a constituency once represented by his late grandfather, N. T. Rama Rao.

Lokesh has also expressed his intention to defeat Vallabhaneni Vamsi in Gannavaram in the next election and present the victory to his mother as a gift.

If Lokesh feels deeply affected by Vamsi's statements, he could also consider contesting against him in Gannavaram and defeating him there.

So, the question remains: why is Lokesh waiting? He has the option to choose one or both of these seats in the next election and aim to defeat both Kodali Nani in Gudivada and Vamsi in Gannavaram.
