Naidu Politicizes Even Jagan's Visit To Daughter!

Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, who is desperate to retain power for a second time at any cost, is trying to gain political mileage from every single development, whether it is terrorist strike on soldiers in Pulwama in Kashmir or YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmoahn Reddy going to London.

The other day, Naidu made unsavoury comments against Prime Minister Narendra Modi by suspecting the timing of terrorist strike on soldiers at Pulwama.

This has received strong rebuttal from the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders including its national president Amit Shah, who described him as “friend of Pakistan.”

But Naidu did not change his attitude. On Friday, he even questioned the visit of Jagan to London a couple of days go.

Everybody knows Jagan and his wife Bharati went to London to see his elder daughter Varsha Reddy, who is studying her graduation in economics at London School of Economics.

It has been more than a year and a half since Jagan saw his daughter because of his 14-month padayatra and it is nothing but natural for him to spend some leisure time with her.

He has taken just five days break as he knew he won’t get time for another three or four months, because of electioneering.

But Naidu is trying to see politics even in this father-daughter meeting. He alleged that Jagan had gone to London only to bring foreign money through his hawala connections to the state for spending in the assembly elections.

“No political party president can afford to waste time on foreign visits during election season. It’s possible only for Jagan to go on a London tour to mobilise funds,” he alleged.

This is nothing but silly and stupid allegation. If Jagan’s visit to London is suspected, why can’t be Naidu faulted with for going to Singapore, Mauritius and other countries frequently in the last four years so many times?
