Krishnam Raju quits TDP, joins YSRCP

Hyderabad: In continuation of the exodus from ruling TDP, Kanumuru Raghurama Krishnam Raju joined YSR Congress in the presence of Party here on Sunday and affirmed that the state needs a leader like YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for development and welfare.

Later he told media that it was like homecoming and the minor differences they earlier had were ironed out and only YS Jagan Mohan Reddy can provide a stable and viable state and majority of the people are convinced about this.

I have toured in my constituency of Narsapuram in West Godavari district and people of the constituency like majority of the people elsewhere in the state are of the firm opinion that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is the most popular leader and liked by many for his policies and principles.

Krishnam Raju, an industrialist and considered to be the strongman of West Godavari district, said that the minor differences arising out of communication gap earlier had been ironed out and it is like homecoming as he was with YSR Congress initially and has returned to its fold.

We are family friends and our association goes a long time as it have a fan of Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy as well, he said that ‘Jagan is need of the hour in the state politics.’
