JSP leaders stays away from Lokesh's Sankharavam

Jana Sena members abstained from attending the Sankharavam meetings led by TD leader Nara Lokesh in the northern Andhra districts. Many Jana Sainiks view the upcoming elections as an opportunity for the party's growth.

Significantly, several Jana Sena corporators in Vizag expressed dissatisfaction with Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan's decision to form an alliance with the TD. While they didn't openly oppose Pawan Kalyan, their involvement in TD election meetings has been minimal.

In Lokesh's Sankharavam gatherings, the participation of the alliance partner Jana Sena has been notably low in Srikakulam and Vizianagaram.

In Vizianagaram, TD workers attended the meetings led by former Union minister Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Aditi Gajapathi Raju, while Jana Sena cadres were scarcely visible.

Following the Sankharavam sessions in Srikakulam and Vizianagaram, Lokesh is expected to arrive in Vizag on Saturday. However, these meetings may also witness limited participation from Jana Sena members.

Based on these observations, political analysts are expressing doubts about the joint efforts of the TD and Jana Sena cadre in the upcoming elections.

Pasharla Prasad, the general secretary of Visakhapatnam district Telugu Desam, informed the media that Lokesh's Sankharavam meetings would commence on Saturday and continue until Sunday.

Addressing a press conference at the district Telugu Desam office on Friday, Prasad stated that Lokesh would conduct Sankharavam Sabha sessions in Pendurthi, Bheemili, as well as in the East, South, and West constituencies, along with Gopalapatnam.
