Jagan to take a break in London after polling!

After months of hectic tours to campaign for the party in the elections, YSRCP president and Jagan is planning to take the much-needed break to relax after the polling.

Jagan, along with his wife Y S Bharati, are planning to tour London and the US to spend time with their daughters between May 15 and 30. He will leave for London on May 15, a couple of days after polling.

The chief minister has submitted a petition in the special court for CBI cases at Nampally in Hyderabad seeking permission to go abroad for a couple of weeks, starting May 15.

A permission from the CBI court is mandatory, as he is facing the trial in the alleged quid pro quo cases pending against him.

While there is nothing unusual in Jagan’s foreign visit, which he goes on every summer, his own sister Y S Sharmila sought to take political mileage out of it, stating that he is running away from the state after realising that he is going to lose the polls.

Sharmila said Jagan is making preparations to flee the country immediately after the election, as he fears he might have to face the debacle in the elections, which is inevitable. He might also be scared of being arrested once he is defeated, she said.

By the way, TDP president and former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu is also learnt to be planning to go on a holiday to a foreign country – either Singapore or Switzerland, for a week or so, soon after the elections, along with family.

After all, Jagan and Naidu had toiled day and night for the victory of their parties in the elections braving scorching summer heat; and there is nothing wrong in them planning a vacation post elections!
