Jagan Mohan Reddy alleged that TDP leaders are behind the fake liquor manufacturing racket in Andhra Pradesh, recalling their alleged “Africa links” in the scam, something the “TDP’s tissue papers” hid to report.
Jagan questioned why the contested candidate Jayachandra Reddy has not been arrested and why his passport has not been seized. He said the racket came to light only after disputes arose over profit-sharing among the TDP leaders involved.
Jagan also criticized the government for unnecessarily troubling Jogi Ramesh, claiming he had no connection with the fake liquor cartel.
He reminded that during his tenure, his government shut down belt shops, stating that his administration was not driven by greed for money. He accused Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh of being experts in organized crime.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy condemned the Alliance Government for taking credit for developments actually initiated during his regime.
He further questioned whether CBN gave credit to Adani for investing over Rs 85,000 crore in the Google AI Center in Visakhapatnam.
He alleged that Naidu avoided mentioning Adani’s name because doing so would remind people that it was the YSRCP government which originally built ties with Adani, the Singapore government, international internet cable providers, and the central government to bring this massive investment to Andhra Pradesh.
He pointed out that the Adani Data Center agreement was signed in November 2020, and the initiation happened on May 3, 2023, in Vizag.
Jagan also displayed a letter sent to the Singapore government in 2021 containing all the related details.
He clarified that a data center truly becomes functional only when undersea internet cables, stretching about 3,900 km between Vizag and Singapore, are laid, enabling actual data flow into Vizag.
Jagan emphasized that his government had signed the agreement with Adani despite limited direct job creation, and to counter that, an IT park and skill development center were added to the proposal, increasing job opportunities to nearly 25,000.
He concluded that it was his government’s groundwork and vision that led to the Data Center coming to Vizag.
Apart from this, Jagan Mohan Reddy also criticized the Alliance Government for betraying employees regarding the payment of DAs.
