Chandrababu Follows Donald Trump's Path

Chandrababu Follows Donald Trump's Path

Trump recently shared a new plan called "Trump Accounts." Under this idea, every baby born in the U.S. would get $1,000 put into a special investment account.

The child's parents or guardians would take care of the account and the money would be invested in the stock market.

Each year, families or private donors could add up to $5,000 more to the account. The money could later be used to pay for things like college, buying a house, or starting a family.

The White House says this plan, along with other tax cuts and a bigger child tax credit, will really help working and middle-class families.

Similarly, Chandrababu Naidu has been urging the people of Andhra Pradesh to have more children, arguing that a larger population could help the state secure more Members of Parliament.

While he presents this as a political necessity, many people remain skeptical and are hesitant to have more children due to the rising costs and responsibilities of raising them.

In response, Chandrababu appears to be taking inspiration from Donald Trump’s "Trump Accounts" idea, and is now proposing financial incentives for families with more children. In this way, he seems to be following a similar path as Trump.

However, the key questions remain- What exactly will Chandrababu offer to these families? Will it be direct financial support, and if so, how much?

And most importantly, will these promises be fulfilled, or will they fade away like many past manifesto pledges? Only time will tell.
