Andhra Jyothy came up with a big story on phone tapping of the honorable judges in AP. The went on to say that the phones of judges are behaving in an erratic manner and they are doubtful that their phones are tapped by YCP.
Let us suppose if a judge's phone got tapped and the honorable judge got a doubt that his phone is tapped. If he really gets a doubt, he would proceed in a legal manner of giving complaints to the related authorities because he knows the judiciary better than anyone else. In such a situation, why will he share the tapping information to Andhra Jyothy? Did any judge call up Andhra Jyothy or Chandrababu Naidu and expressed the doubts of phone tapping?
So, this must be a crude joke for sure. Andhra Jyothy is quite famous for coming up with cooked up stories that do not have proof or evidence. And this must be one of them.
Well, Chandrababu is very quick to catch hold of the phone tapping story. He is very smart when it comes to a few things. So, he has not mentioned the tapping of judiciary phones in his letter to Modi but he mentioned that the phones of TDP leaders are tapped.
If we keep aside his smart work, it is a joke that YCP has tapped the phones of TDP and they are complaining on the issue to the BJP. If BJP and TDP are alliance partners, then the letter will have importance because they might act on the letter. When they are two different entities, what Chandrababu is trying to establish?
The right procedure is to give a complaint to the Police department in AP first. But TDP didn't do it. Responding to these phone tapping story, AP DGP has written a letter to Chandrababu to submit proofs for their allegations so that they can investigate the matter. The DGP said that they will protect the right to privacy.
Let us have a different perspective on this issue. Suppose the imaginative story of Andhra Jyothy and TDP is true, what will YCP do with the phone tapping information? What good it will do to YCP?
If they tap the phone of a judge and know some information related to a case, what can they do? Can they threaten or blackmail the judge? Is it possible? It will become a serious issue if a judge files a complaint on the government. The tapped information can't be passed onto the media as well. If they do so, the YCP will land in much bigger trouble.
These things are practically not possible because the judiciary is more powerful and no party would like to play games with them. YCP will not do such foolish things that land them in trouble.
If YCP has been tapping the phones of the judges for a long time and they are utilizing the information to their benefit, all the verdicts should come in favor of YCP. That's not the case.
If we have a common sense, we will know that YCP will not benefit from the phone tappings. Then why would they resort to phone tappings of the judiciary that will ultimately land them in trouble?
TDP is a party that has more cinema influence. They think everything in a cinematic way. They don't live in reality. They add elevations, graphics, makeup, image build-up to everything. They are doing the same with this phone tapping episode with the help of Andhra Jyothy.
What they are forgetting is that they are playing games with the judiciary. If the central government comes to know that there is the involvement of Chandrababu in his new tapping drama, they are going to act on it seriously. They may even send him to jail taking the opportunity. They will not spare even Radha Krishna for planting such cinematic stories.
