The much-hyped “Acharya” is struggling to add money to its kitty at the North American box office.
The film saw a big drop in collections after the premiere. The scene was also repeated on the second day (Saturday).
On Saturday, the film collected mere 87k dollars, taking the total gross to 905k dollars. If the same trend continues, it may just come close to $1 million in the first weekend. The film is heading towards a disaster.

Interestingly, on the same day, “KGF 2” grossed more than 100k, which is higher than “Acharya”.
“KGF 2” had completed its two weeks run and on its third Saturday, the film collected more than the new release.
