
Sudheer Anand, also known as Sudigaali Sudheer, has officially announced his fifth film as a lead actor, and it’s a rural drama.
The project, which was launched today in a grand ceremony, marks the debut production for Vajra Varahi Cinemas with Siva Cherry and Ravikiran bankrolling. It also marks the directorial debut for Prasanna Kumar Kota.
Actor Shivaji who stunned with his serious role in Court plays a powerful role in the movie that also stars Natasha Singh and Naksha Saran playing the leading ladies, and Akshara Gowda in a crucial role.
The film is titled Hai Lesso, and the word is typically used in rural areas. The striking title logo is designed creatively.
The title poster features a foot adorned with gold stepping onto a large green leaf, on which is an offering of cooked rice mixed with hen and goat heads, flowers, and Kumkum, a clear indication of intense rituals and sacrifice.
A blood-soaked sword amplifies the poster's hint of divine power and conflict, signaling a compelling and intense story.
The title was launched by hero Nikhil, followed by Bunny Vasu presenting the script to the production team.
The ceremonial camera switch-on was done by directors Vassishta, Chandoo Mondeti, and Meher Ramesh. VV Vinayak gave the clap for the muhurtham shot, which was directed by Prasanna Kumar himself.
Anudeep Dev scores the music, whereas Sujatha Siddarth handles the cinematography, and Chota K Prasad is the editor.
