Sree Vishnu and Ketika Sharma Express Regrets

Actors Sree Vishnu and Ketika Sharma have both reflected on recent missteps in their careers, expressing regret over aspects of their previous projects that failed to resonate with audiences.

Sree Vishnu, who played a transgender character in his recent film Swag, received a lukewarm response and faced online trolling for his portrayal.

While the actor said he doesn’t regret taking on the role, he acknowledged flaws in how the film was marketed.

“I made a mistake by not preparing the audience for the film’s content and my character. The message during publicity wasn’t strong enough,” he admitted.

Meanwhile, Ketika Sharma, the female lead in #Single (releasing May 9), opened up during promotions about the backlash she received for her item number “Idhi Dha Surprisu” in Nithiin’s Robinhood.

Her dance performance was widely criticized, even drawing a reprimand from the Telangana Women’s Commission for its choreography.

“It was a learning experience,” Ketika said. “I should have been more careful about the dance steps. The criticism made me realize a lot.”
