Salaar's Nizam Distribution Rates Set to Soar

Salaar's Nizam Distribution Rates Set to Soar

The release of the movie "Salaar" is just around the corner, yet the business figures for the Telugu states remain shrouded in uncertainty.

The question of who will secure distribution rights for the pivotal Nizam region is still up in the air.

Surprisingly, Hombale Films, known for distributing its films independently in the past, is exploring the possibility of selling these rights this time around, and the stakes are high.

Reports suggest that producer Dil Raju has placed a staggering quote of 65 non-refundable advance and 15 crore as a returnable advance for the Nizam territory.

This figure dwarfs the Nizam area rates of previous movies, with "Adipurush" having been collected at around 35 crores.

However, the uniqueness of "Salaar" as a film genre may have prompted Dil Raju to set this benchmark, believing that the calculations here warrant such an investment.

Alternatively, it appears that Hambole Productions is also considering distribution rights at an astounding 90 crores as non returnble advance, charging only a modest five or six percent commission.

Nevertheless, this remains a risky proposition, as a considerable sum will be locked in interest-free loans for a minimum of two months.

Despite the uncertainties and financial intricacies, the combination of Prabhas, director Prashant Neel, and the Hambole Films Company has ignited immense anticipation for the release of "Salaar," further fueling the movie's hype.
