Rajamouli Opens Up on 'GlobeTrotter' Release

SS Rajamouli, India’s number one director, is currently filming his first adventure movie aimed at a global audience.

Touted to be a globe-trotting action-adventure featuring Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra as the lead pair, the untitled film has already completed a couple of shooting schedules.

During a recent video interview for “Baahubali: The Epic,” Rajamouli’s “Baahubali” star Prabhas playfully asked him when the film would hit theaters. Rajamouli laughed it off, refusing to reveal the date.

Prabhas described the project as “crazy” and “mental,” implying it will be a mind-blowing experience. He also admitted to being curious about its release plans.

Rana Daggubati quickly chimed in, saying, “Rajamouli will release the film only when he feels it’s perfect.” To this, Rajamouli simply responded, “Anthe.”

So, as of now, Rajamouli hasn’t locked a release date for this much-awaited film, tentatively referred to as #SSMB29 or #GlobeTrotter.

Meanwhile, buzz suggests that the title glimpse will be unveiled next month, and “Varanasi” is rumored to be the final title under consideration.
