The grand pre-release event of Icon Staar Allu Arjun's Pushpa: The Rise is underway now. The event is graced by ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli.
Speaking at the event, Rajamouli said Allu Arjun is a gift to Tollywood.
"Allu Arjun is a gift to Tollywood. The amount of hard work he puts in for his films is remarkable. He is an inspiration to many others. With his hardwork, Allu Arjun has reached great heights and that inspires others to follow him," Rajamouli said.
Rajamouli went on to say he and Sukumar share great mutual admiration.
"I am a bit disappointed that Sukumar is not here now. He is currently in Mumbai, working on the post production. I am sure he has given his very best for the film."
Rajamouli stated that he is confident that Pushpa: The Rise will set the box office on fire.
"The advance bookings for Pushpa are in full swing and that is a very good sign for the entire industry."
Pushpa: The Rise is arriving in theatres on the 17th of December. The forest based actioner is directed by Sukumar and it is funded by Mythri Movie Makers.
