Several months after it was announced, Prabhas’s next film with director Maruthi will begin on Monday with a puja in a Hyderabad studio.
Talk in Tollywood is that the actor plays a double role in the narrative that is set in two distinct timelines. So, Prabhas will be seen playing the character of a grandfather and his grandson.
Interestingly, he has three leading ladies. While Malavika Mohanan and Nidhhi Agerwal are reportedly on board, the third heroine will be finalised shortly.
Prabhas will shoot for about a week, after which he will fulfil his prior commitments to Prashanth Neel’s Salaar and Nag Ashwin’s Project K, before resuming work on Maruthi’s yet-untitled film.
