As the theatrical run of "Salaar" approaches its conclusion, Prabhas is now shifting his focus to his upcoming projects - "Kalki 2898 AD" and a film directed by Maruthi.
While the shooting for "Kalki" is nearing completion, Maruthi's film still has about 50 percent left to shoot.
Before anything else, Prabhas needs to decide on the exact release date for "Kalki 2898 AD," a science fiction thriller directed by Nag Ashwin.
Although producer Ashwini Dutt expressed intentions to release the film in May 2024, the specific date, whether May 9th or another within the year, will be determined by Prabhas.
The release date of "Indian 2," featuring Kamal Haasan and directed by Shankar, is also a factor that the makers need to consider to ensure a suitable gap between the releases of both films.
