The Andhra Pradesh government has granted permission to increase the price of Guntur Kaaram movie tickets to Rs 50.
Initially, permission was granted for only Rs 20, but after further pursuit, the decision was made to raise the price to Rs 50.
However, what is unclear is why the movie 'Salaar-Part 1- Ceasefire' was permitted to increase the ticket price to Rs 40, given that the budget of the film was Rs 250 Cr as mentioned on paper.
On the other hand, 'Guntur Kaaram,' which claimed a budget of Rs 140 Cr, received permission for a ticket price hike to Rs 50. Prabhas fans are questioning the basis on which these Government Orders (GOs) are released.
A netizen wrote, "Both Prabhas and Mahesh Babu have positive terms with the AP Government, so why this apparent favoritism towards Mahesh Babu?"
No one knows who is guiding the Andhra Pradesh Government to make decisions that attract criticism from observers.
