Pawan Kalyan is the politician who lives in Hyderabad but does politics in Andhra Pradesh.
He has his own house and big farm house in Hyderabad. Recently he also owned an office close to his house. Adding to these he also bought a plot of 1200 sq yards in a prime location of Hyderabad.
Sources say that it's costing Rs 2 lakh per sq yard in that area. So, the price of that plot is not less than Rs 24 Cr.
Well, the area is Khwajaguda, a newly developed area. There are a good number of educational institutes and gated communities in this region. Pawan owned this plot opposite to a popular school there.
