
Niharika Konidela, known for her slim and glamorous look, has revealed the secret behind her diet and fitness routine.
The actress admitted that while she usually does not follow a strict diet, she is currently on one.
Niharika said she only eats eggs, chicken, and diet biryani, with the same meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even her smoothie is fixed — a blueberry-banana blend.
On fitness, she explained that after gaining some weight earlier, she started going to the gym and it has now become a part of her lifestyle.
“Exercise is not just about losing weight for me. This is my way of life now. While I may change my diet in the future, gym workouts will always continue,” she said.
After her separation, Niharika initially stayed with her parents but now lives alone in a separate flat. However, she visits her parents every couple of days and spends more time with family, especially after her brother Varun Tej recently became a father.
