Niddhi Agerwal Fans Slam Event Organizers

Actress Nidhhi Agerwal was recently mobbed by a large crowd during a promotional event for Prabhas’ The Raja Saab at Lulu Mall in Hyderabad on Wednesday evening.

The incident has raised serious concerns about the lack of adequate safety measures, pointing to a clear failure on the part of the event organisers, who appeared to leave the actress’s security to chance.

While the event itself went smoothly, the situation took a troubling turn as Nidhhi attempted to exit the venue.

According to reports, the crowd surged forward in an effort to get closer to her, creating chaos. Security personnel struggled to control the situation, leading to moments of discomfort and concern during her departure.

Videos that surfaced on social media showed fans pushing ahead, sparking widespread criticism over poor crowd control and the absence of proper security arrangements at large public film events.

This is a serious issue that cannot be ignored. Actresses earn their popularity through hard work and dedication, and that does not make them public property when they step into public spaces.

Individuals with toxic mindsets who attempt to touch or harass actresses in such situations need to be dealt with firmly.

Since such behaviour cannot be instantly corrected, strict and professional crowd management becomes essential; not only to protect the dignity of the actress but also to prevent dangerous situations such as stampedes, like the one witnessed earlier at Sandhya Talkies during the Pushpa 2 premiere.

As the event was cinema-related and organised by Shreyas Media, responsibility inevitably lies with the organisers.

Additionally, choosing to host the event in the Kukatpally area, inside the already crowded Lulu Mall, was a questionable decision.

Even if the venue was finalised, the presence of high-level police security should have been ensured instead of relying solely on private bouncers.

The issue goes beyond celebrity safety—it also concerns public safety and the prevention of potentially fatal crowd incidents.
