Unexpectedly, Nani’s latest outing Hi Nanna which was released on Thursday started on a slow note at the box office.
However, the movie directed by Shouryuv under Vyra Entertainments picked up momentum in collections from day two, thanks to positive mouth talk.
In fact, day two numbers are far bigger than what it raked on day one. And bookings for the movie are good for Saturday.
The first weekend revenues are going to be huge, overall. Fortunately, the movie which is enjoying a long weekend will not have any competition in the second week as well.
On the other hand, Hi Nanna is performing well overseas. The movie collected 700k+in the territory and is expected to reach a dollar club soon.
Nani already jetted off to the USA to promote the movie there and this strategy will yield good results in the zone.
Seems like, Hi Nanna is going to be one such film that opened sluggishly, but as per trade, it will have a long run.
