Riding high on nationwide fame and back-to-back blockbusters, Rashmika Mandanna now collaborates with debut director Rawindra Pulle for the Pan-India film Mysaa.
The film's title has already made a strong impression, and its first look poster has sparked curiosity, particularly around Rashmika’s powerful and transformative role.
In Mysaa, she steps into the shoes of a Gond woman, a character unlike any she has played before.
To do justice to the role, Rashmika has undergone an intense physical transformation and received special training to perform high-octane stunts.
Mysaa was officially launched today with a grand puja ceremony attended by the entire cast and crew.
Suresh Babu gave the first clap, while director Ravi Kiran Kola switched on the camera for the inaugural shot. Hanu Raghavapudi, who also handed over the bound script to the team, directed the first shot.
The makers have confirmed that principal photography will commence tomorrow in Hyderabad, with Rashmika joining the shoot from the very first schedule.
Touted as an emotional action thriller, Mysaa is being produced under the banner of Unformula Films.
The film features Retro fame Shreyaas P Krishna as the cinematographer, while stunt choreography is being handled by Andy Long, known for his work in Kalki 2898 AD.
Promising a gripping narrative with strong emotional undertones and breathtaking action, Mysaa is slated for a Pan-India release.
The makers will soon reveal the music director and other key crew details.
