Adivi Sesh’s dream project Major is in last leg of shooting. It is the first Pan India project of the actor being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi and later dubbed into other languages.
The film’s teaser got such a grand response that the makers are getting huge offers for theatrical and digital rights.
Moreover, Major’s is a Pan India content with patriotic theme as the film is based on the life of 2008 Mumbai attacks martyr Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan.
The success of recent patriotic films like Uri, Raazi etc. also has positive impact on Major which is carrying exceptional buzz in Hindi trade circles as well.
The film’s Hindi satellite rights have been sold for a staggering price.
Though there is big demand for Telugu films in North, the Hindi satellite business of Major is said to be huge.
Apparently, the film’s all the rights will be closed much before its theatrical release.
Directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, Major is likely to release later this year.
