The elections for Movie Artists Association (MAA) will be held next month.
In the recent meeting, the current president AK Naresh agreed to step down as the term has ended and the elections are going to be conducted.
There were reports that Naresh is contemplating postponing the elections for six months, citing the COVID-19 situation. But Chiranjeevi and other senior actors made him hold the elections as per schedule.
So, the fight is on. Actors Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu will resume their campaign again. They have decided to compete with each other.
Neither of them has in any mood to drop from contesting the elections. There is no room for unanimous choice.
In the coming days, we will be seeing more publicity and many more controversies in Tollywood.
