
Sekhar Kammula’s Kuberaa, starring Dhanush, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh, has had a strong start at the Indian box office.
Within just two days of its release, the multilingual film crossed the ₹30 crore milestone.
Released on June 20 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada, Kuberaa is holding its ground despite competition from Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par, which has earned ₹32.40 crore so far.
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Kuberaa collected ₹30.75 crore in two days. After opening with ₹14.75 crore on Day 1, it earned ₹17.61 crore on Saturday. Of this, the Telugu version contributed ₹12.77 crore, Tamil ₹4.5 crore, and Hindi ₹34 lakh.
With a runtime of 182 minutes, the socially-driven drama features intense storytelling and strong performances from its ensemble cast. The film continues to build momentum going into Sunday.
