The trailer was launched today at an event in Mumbai that was attended by the cast and crew.
Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh, and director Om Raut were present at the trailer launch.
The cast and crew spoke about their experience while Kriti became emotional while sharing her thoughts.
Prabhas thanked Om for giving him the opportunity and said, "We did this film with a lot of love and respect, hope you like it. Thank you, love you."
Kriti praised Prabhas and added, "He’s as simple as Prabhu Ram I’d say. He’s so simple so from the heart."
She also said that 'Adipurush' is more than just a film for them and that it's an emotional moment for them to stand there and launch this trailer. The trailer gave them goosebumps when they watched it on the big screen.
In the film, Kriti and Prabhas will be seen as Sita and Ram, while Sunny Singh will play the role of Laxman.
Towards the end of the trailer, viewers catch a glimpse of Saif Ali Khan's character as Raavan.
'Adipurush' will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 13, and it is scheduled to release on June 16, 2023.
The movie was simultaneously shot in Hindi and Telugu.
