Keerthy Facing Comments on Script Choices

Keerthy Facing Comments on Script Choices

The reviews from Telugu critics to other language critics for Keerthy Suresh’s “Miss India” have been unanimous. The film is a bore, the critics declared.

The film was the second consecutive Keerthy Suresh’s woman-centric film that opted for direct-OTT release after “Penguin”.

Both her films were panned by the critics. Obviously, Keerthy is facing comments on her script judgment skills.

Since there is no well-known male lead either in “Penguin” and “Miss India”, the fingers are pointing towards her. She doesn’t have a command over selecting the right scripts for a woman-centric movie.

Keerthy’s next such release is Nagesh Kukunoor’s “Good Luck Sakhi”. The director is renowned for making good movies. At least, she can rely on this project.

But she needs to pick up rights scripts, or all the great name she won for the exceptional performance in “Mahanati” would soon fade away.

Keerthy’s regular commercial films – be it “Agnyaathavaasi” or “Sarkar” also received scathing criticism.
