As is known, a cheating case was booked on Friday against producer Bellamkonda Suresh and his son Bellamkonda Sreenivas by the CCS police on the direction of a city court.
Financier VL Sravan Kumar had approached the court complaining that the producer and his son took Rs 85 lakhs in installments from him during 2018 to make a movie.
Meanwhile, Bellamkonda Suresh held a press meet to react on the allegations made by the financier.
He said the case registered against him is part of a conspiracy hatched by some people to harass him and his family.
He made it clear that he didn’t take money from Sravan and further asked the financier to submit the evidences to police.
The producer also warned to file a defamation suit against the financier.
