It appears that the music director issue for Guntur Karam has finally been resolved. Over the past few months, there were strong rumors about replacing Thaman as the music director.
There were reports of considering Abdul Wahib of Khushi for the film's music, and there was even talk of sampling a song by the young music director Bheems. However, it seems that Thaman will continue to work on the film's music.
Trivikram has now started working on the songs, holding discussions from 7 to 10 in the morning.
The film will feature five main songs and two or three bit songs, all of which are scheduled to be released gradually before the film's January release.
Due to the songs not being ready, the shooting of the song sequence had been postponed.
Initially, they planned to shoot the flashback episode around August 2 or 3, and it was supposed to be done without hero Mahesh Babu.
But now, they seem to have changed their minds and are preparing to shoot the song once Mahesh Babu returns from abroad.
