Everyone has their own unique tastes and hobbies, and director Lokesh Kanagaraj is no exception.
The filmmaker, known for his action-packed movies, has a rather unexpected personal interest — investing in guns.
While it may sound surprising, Lokesh himself admitted that he enjoys spending a portion of his earnings on firearms.
A passionate rifle shooting enthusiast, he even holds a membership at a rifle club. He revealed that he regularly invests in guns as part of his hobby.
Lokesh is currently in the spotlight for his upcoming film Coolie, for which he is reportedly receiving a whopping ₹50 crore as remuneration.
Speaking publicly, he acknowledged this figure and mentioned that part of his earnings has already been spent on his gun collection.
He further shared that he comes from a large family and has a wide circle of friends. He wants to see his loved ones grow along with him and therefore allocates a significant portion of his income for their well-being.
At the same time, he doesn’t shy away from spending on his personal happiness — which, in his case, includes collecting guns.
