Didn't Expect Such Conviction From Vamsee

Ravi Teja’s next outing Tiger Nageswara Rao under Vamsee’s direction will have its theatrical release on the 20th of this month.

Today, the film’s pre-release event was celebrated in a massive manner with some guests gracing it and crowds cheering all through.

Vijayendra Prasad heaped praises on Vamsee saying he would have a bright future. He also suggested hero Ravi Teja not restrict himself to Telugu cinema.

Gopichand Malineni stated that he felt jealous of Vamsee for not thinking of making a film on Tiger Nageswara Rao, though he belongs to Cherala.

He also made a revelation that the CI Murali who was on a mission to catch Nageswara Rao was later transferred to Ongole and he arrested Katari Krishna.

“My movie with Ravi Teja will be bigger than Krack.”

Harish Shankar said that, for him, Amma, Nanna, and Ravi Teja are everything to him.

“Ravi Teja is like a running train, who doesn’t stop for anybody. I’m very soon making a movie with him.”

Director Vamsee said that he had been waiting for the day for nearly five years.

“Abhishek was there with me on the journey and he gave me everything needed for the movie. I believe that when you are true to your script, someday you will attain your goal. It is true that Ravi Teja gives chances to newcomers. He doesn’t mind the track record of directors. Since he was an assistant director, he just sees the conviction of directors. The movie was supposed to start in August, but he gave 6 days of call sheets in April, just to boost confidence in me. I promise everyone that the movie will exceed your expectations.”

Abhishek Agarwal turned emotional on the stage and he thanked hero Ravi Teja for giving him the opportunity to make the movie.

“It’s 4 years of journey with Vamsee. I thank Ravi Teja sir for trusting us. It was not an easy journey.”

Ravi Teja started his speech thanking Vijayendra Prasad for his kind words. He appreciated the cinematographer and fighters for their good work, and GV Prakash Kumar for exceptional BGM.

“Ram-Lakshman masters are from Cherala and they knew about Tiger Nageswara Rao. I came to know more about him after Vamsee narrated the story. I waited eagerly to start the project. I didn’t expect such conviction from Vamsee. After a long time, Renu Desai made a comeback. She looked perfect in the role. You will enjoy the dialogues penned by Srikanth Vissa. Heroines Nupur and Gayathri have done well. Producer Abhishek Agarwal made the movie without compromising on anything. The movie is as grand as him. I wish to do more movies with him. The movie has all emotions.”

Ravi Teja also conveyed his wishes to Balakrishna and Anil Ravipudi’s Bhagavanth Kesari and Vijay’s Leo coming for Dussehra.
