Rashmika Mandanna and Dheekshith Shetty’s The Girlfriend witnessed a healthy jump on its second day at the box office.
After opening with an estimated ₹1.3 crore net on day one, the film collected around ₹2.5 crore net across all languages on its second day, according to early estimates.
The film registered an overall Telugu occupancy of 30.79% on Saturday, November 8, 2025, with shows seeing a steady rise from morning to night.
Morning shows recorded 17.32% occupancy, which gradually improved to 33.44% in the afternoon. Evening shows continued the momentum with 33.84%, while night shows peaked at 38.55%, indicating a strong audience turnout later in the day.
The increased footfall, especially during evening and night shows, signals growing word-of-mouth appreciation.
